The black walnut handle is laser engraved to order in our Mesa, AZ workshop — a name, a monogram, or a wedding date. Same-day, no minimums, live preview first.
450+ layers
Hand-forged from 1095 high carbon and 4340 high tensile steel folded into over 450 layers, then oil quenched and tempered to 59–60 Rockwell C. The alternating layers create micro-serrations along the edge and give the blade ductility the harder steel alone wouldn't have.
The santoku rocking motion
The 6.7-inch blade profile is built for the rocking chop that makes quick work of vegetables and herbs.
Handle detail
Black walnut with brass spacers and olive wood set in between — layered the way the blade is.

Blade 6.7", overall 11.2". 450+ layer Damascus, 59–60 HRC. Black walnut, brass spacer, and olive wood handle. Hand wash and dry immediately.
